According to the rules, passengers planning flights to Uzbekistan from the "yellow" and "red" zones must provide a certificate to the airline representative with a negative PCR test for COVID-19 in English or Russian at check-in. The term of a certificate of completion of the PCR test should not exceed 72 hours before departure. In the absence of a negative test result, passengers will be denied check-in for the flight.
Upon arrival in Uzbekistan, passengers need to pass thermometry.
Passengers arriving from the countries of the "red" zone, in the arrival hall of the airport, must present to the passport control officers a certificate of passing a PCR test for coronavirus with a negative result and a completed obligation questionnaire for 14-day home self-isolation (in quarantine zones or hotels at their own expense).
Obligation questionnaire for citizens of Uzbekistan is filled out at the place of permanent residence, and for foreign citizens - at the place of temporary registration in the country.
Passengers arriving from countries of the "yellow" zone must present to the passport control officers a certificate of passing a PCR test with a negative result. In the absence of a certificate, passengers take samples for a PCR test at their own expense at the airport of arrival and fill out a commitment form for 14-day self-isolation at home. Obligation questionnaire is forwarded to the border guard officers.
Passengers arriving from “Green” zone countries (except for symptomatic passengers) are not subject to quarantine requirements.
At the same time, the zones are updated weekly by the Agency for Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare.
The procedure for "transit"
Transit passengers arriving from the “yellow” and “green” zones through the “red” zone are allowed to enter Uzbekistan. After arriving in the country, in the absence of a negative PCR test for COVID-19, such a passenger undergoes PCR testing at the airport at his own expense and fills out a commitment form for
14-day self-isolation.
