Starting from 20th of March, passenger transport by bus, car, rail and air to international destinations will be suspended for 40 days, the Ministry of Transport of Uzbekistan said.
This decision was made by the Republican Special Commission to prepare a program of measures to prevent the entry and spread of COVID-19 into Uzbekistan.
The restriction does not apply to freight transport by road, air, rail or river transport, as well as to goods of foreign trade.
