Recruitment of Russian teachers and methodologists for participation in a joint project of Russia and Uzbekistan is open
Until 28 August 2020, applications have been accepted from teachers and methodologists to take part in a joint project of the Ministry of Education of Russia and the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, aimed at improving the quality of teaching the Russian language, as well as general education subjects for Russian in educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Education of Russia, within the framework of the project this year, 14 settlements of the republic will receive 30 specialists from Russia. They will go to the country after being trained in face-to-face trainings at the Russian State Pedagogical University. A.I. Herzen.
The project participants will conduct a test to determine the level of Russian language proficiency among Uzbek teachers, as well as assess their teaching competencies.
Based on the results of the testing, the work of teachers in schools of Uzbekistan and methodologists in 14 regional centers for advanced training and retraining of pedagogical personnel of the republic will be organized.
To participate in the project, teachers must have a specialized education (philology, linguistics), work experience as a teacher of Russian / literature / Russian as a foreign language, the development of teaching materials, KIM and the test in Russian as a foreign language. In addition, in connection with the precautions to protect against coronavirus infection, the age limit for candidates is 64 years.
Participants are guaranteed payment of competitive salaries, travel expenses, comfortable living in Uzbekistan, and medical insurance. They will also be provided with mobile phones and laptops.
