The order of registration of documents for permanent residence abroad
Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan who have left for permanent residence abroad may apply to the diplomatic mission of the Republic of Uzbekistan to issue the relevant permission of the Internal Affairs bodies for permanent residence in a foreign country. Below is a list of the necessary documents for obtaining a permit for permanent residence abroad, which have to be submitted to the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Singapore in 3 copies:
1. Application to the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Singapore for permanent residence;
2. Autobiography written by hand;
3. Application form (Form №30) (sample of form №30);
4. Copies of all sheets of the passport;
5. Notarized written consent of the parents and spouse[1];
6. Copy of birth certificate;
7. Copy of marriage certificate;
8. A copy of the birth certificate of the applicant and minor children (when leaving for permanent residence with children)[2];
9. The notarized consent of persons from 14 to 18 years to remain in permanent residence with their parents;
10. Copy of employment record;
11. Copy of all sheets of the spouse's passport;
12. The official consent of the local authorities for the applicant's permanent residence in the host country, legalized in the prescribed manner[3];
13. Certificate from the district department of defense for a permit for permanent residence abroad (for persons liable for military service from 17 to 27 years old);
14. Photographs (3.5x4.5) - 8 pcs;
15. Receipt of payment of consular fees.
For registration of documents for permanent residence abroad consular fees and actual expenses in the amount of $150 are charged.
Applications for obtaining a permit for permanent residence abroad are considered by the competent authorities of Uzbekistan from 3 to 6 months.
