President of Uzbekistan to pay a state visit to Mongolia

At the invitation of the President of Mongolia Ukhnaagiin Khürelsükh, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will pay a state visit to Mongolia on June 24-25.

According to the visit program, bilateral meetings and high-level talks are scheduled to take place in the city of Ulaanbaatar.

The discussions will focus on developing friendship and practical cooperation between Uzbekistan and Mongolia.

Key areas of attention will include increasing trade volumes and diversifying the range of traded goods, advancing joint projects in industry, agriculture, the extractive sector, transportation, and other priority fields, as well as continuing active cultural and humanitarian exchanges.

A package of agreements is expected to be adopted following the summit.
